The website is divided into eight sections: Home, The Project, Lakes, Fishing, Facilities, Attractions, Biodiversity and Training. Below is a brief overview of the contents of each of the eight sections:

General information of use to anyone thinking of contacting or visiting
Angel of the North Fishing Lakes, including contact
details, maps and directions, opening
times and details of the accessibility
features of this website.
The Project
Details of the whole project with an overview
by the owners, Ann and Arthur Adlington,
information on the site history,
ideas for future developments, sponsorship
information, personnel, job
opportunities, and the mission
statement.
Lakes
Information about the three lakes: Bowes
Lake, Lookout Lake and Bassett's
Pond with a site map. There's also
an image gallery and information
about the building of the lakes (including
the contractors).
Fishing
An overview of the fishing
activities permitted on site, with detailed information on each type:
coarse fishing, novice
fishing, competition
fishing, club fishing,
night fishing and disabled
fishing. There is also information on events,
which will include competitions, club days and corporate days, information
on tickets (shortly to
include online booking and payment facilities) and details of the equipment
hire and bait sales facilities. We've also included some information
on some of the fish that can be found
in the lakes. Please note the fishing
rules and regulations.
Facilities
Information on both the on-site facilities
and details of the ways in which the site has been made
accessible for disabled visitors.
We've also provided information on accommodation and
food and drink.
Attractions
Details of the attractions on site, including recreation,
as well as some ideas for other local
attractions to visit, such as shopping
centres, sport &
recreational facilities, museums
& history and ideas for family
days out.
Biodiversity
Angel of the North Fishing Lakes is being developed with a focus on conservation
and wildlife. Conservation
plans include the protection and introduction of habitats
and native species,
particularly the conservation of traditional hayfields
and meadows.
Training
Information on the wide range of training courses offered at Angel of
the North Fishing Lakes, including courses relating to conservation,
biodiversity, aquaculture,
angling, animal
welfare and agriculture.
Information is also provided for any school
or community groups
wishing to visit or undertake projects.
